By anchoring the base securely to on-site formwork during the concrete pour, the plumbing pipe penetration seamlessly integrates with complete passive fire protection. This strategic design eliminates the need for post-construction core drilling and retrofitting of fire collars or wraps, simplifying the installation process.

After pouring the concrete floor and stripping the formwork, simply cut off the top of the Cast-In Collar for fast and precise pipe installation.
